I had major problems last football season with it, to the point of giving up on those games. It tended to be the most important games with heavy viewership that crapped out.

Beyond this, what these guys don't seem to understand is that on other platforms you grow your audience. SoCon cited 90 million viewers on ESPN3. If just a small fraction of those watch your game, you have grown the audience (and advertising pie). A slice of the revenue from ESPN3 could easily outgrow 100% of the revenue from a more isolated platform like Stretch. And even *IF* espn wouldn't pay us like they do other schools, you still grow your brand and fanbase. This is marketing 101. But JB/JA seem to prefer living in isolation in a dusty cobweb filled corner of the internet.

That's why I think Facebook would be a great platform. You'd get viewers who would just stumble upon the broadcast by surfing Facebook without even having to go to an external site to stream it.
