I think USC is required to do deals with instate FCS if at all possible. With that being said, I do see where they have Chatty (2018) and Coastal (2020) on their schedule. Clearly they do agree to deals outside the state. That would be a good game to go to.

With that said, I still think we can take down UMD given the opportunity. The last time we met, we had no defense and the game stunk and our first meeting we should have won and didn't.
