I agree, you start outside and work your way in. If you asked me, this is the BEST rebranding effort ETSU has ever done. I've seen more E's around town on cars, shirts, hats, etc, than I've ever seen in the past. I'm sure a brief stint in the 90's might compare, but without getting a top 10 ranking and bringing home championships, I would say this effort accomplished the mission.
