Arya and Jon are ready for their spinoff, if they want it. I'm thinking 5 years from now when Maisie's phone isn't ringing, she'll do it. Jon and Tormund ranging North of the wall would also be good.

Whoever called Jon killing Dany and going to the Night's Watch, was spot on! Good call! Like Jon said, "There's still a Night's Watch?"

I think Jon's reaction of confusion on why it's needed for castaways or whatever and him getting there and just rolling out to me seems just a easy story for Grey Worm to tell the Unsullied something plausible and everyone to just part ways, knowing damn well it wasn't a sentence at all. Grey Worms facial expressions after demanding justice didn't seem all that full of convection. He knew what Danny did was insane but he's a soldier following orders, period - as we were led to believe the Unsullied would do unwaveringly all series.

The idea of a story they tell everyone really is about as neat a way to wrap that up as possible. It did seem to fizzle out greatly right at the dragon flying away scene. But I didn't expect much more. The first 20 minutes was pretty awesome though. Some great tension and suspense. Soon as Jon stabbed her you knew it was over but how did the story play out? Well, the story is just that. A story. So kind of cool to have them all just weave a new story to tell everyone. Some fun dialogue at the small council to end things there. It felt a little hokey at times, almost like that last scene of Star Wars where they're all looking at each other.
