Lots of foreshadowing that the Hound will be the Faith's champion against Ser Robert Strong (aka Zombie Mountain) in Cersei's trail by combat. Had to get him back on the show for that to happen.

Yes, Margerie is playing and still on Team Tyrell.

I guess that makes sense to bring him back with that group led by Ian McShane's character. But what purpose would he have to be the Champion? Is it because he hates all things Lannister? I understand he is looking at life in a different way now because of his near death experience and he joined that group for that reason, but I don't see the connection.
