It could have been a lot more. Prior to this series we saw him as a kid holding his fathers helmet after Mace Windu decapitates him, then as a bounty hunter working for Jabba and finally getting his fathers armor back in the Mandolorian. I don’t really keep up with the cannon beyond movies and live action shows but there’s a lot of stories that could be told in between and I felt the flashbacks were the best part of the series. And the title kind of insinuates this show should tell his story. Maybe another season will expound some more. Maybe the first season should have been longer than 7 episodes especially if 2 are going to effectively be Mandolorian episodes, which were awesome. I don’t begrudge that tie in for sure but the current time portions it did seem that boba was a secondary character in his own show at times.

The rancor was awesome, Black Krrrsantan was awesome, Cad Bane was awesome. But maybe draw his character out more than one episode, feed us some backstory in there before he gets cut down.

All in all it was cool but like I said, could have been a lot more.

Cad was all through the Clone Wars series. I don’t remember him in Rebels but could’ve been. I’m sure he’ll pop up in Bad Batch
