Statements like this often leave me befuddled. What is it with some ODU fans that make them think ODU does not ever deserve good things happening to our beloved university? We all know most young players always look to go to the school they perceive to have the better athletic and/or scholastic pedigree from amongst options available to them, but that's not always the case. Let the kid explore his options without ODU fans giving him reasons to think otherwise. And yes, we are not oblivious to realities of this world, but please, don't dampen the enthusiasm of a young man who may have aspirations of being part of ODU Basketball. Keep your own insecurities to yourself, and if I may add, I happen to think ODU is and can be a great place for Alexis Yetna.
