I don't mean to sidetrack this topic, but what is it about DC that makes you unsure? As someone who lives in the DC metropolitan area, I tend to agree, the only gripe I have is the extraordinarily high cost of housing.

I'm from the area as well, cant believe you didnt mention traffic as a gripe. But I guess thats all of VA.
