Yes. The last Man-uscript clearly stated we raised 13.2M for Scholarships out the 57.2M. Thou the All-In campaign was initially advertised to finish funding Kap, the actual donor gifts were designated for other items. Only 33M out of the 55M was targeted for capital funding when the campaign was announced. The campaign was designed to use annual expendable gifts to reach the 55M. The final results appear to have fallen over 20M short for the Kap of the targeted 33M plus the cost have dramatically increased from the 33M.

The reality is that the Sports Performance Complex has yet to start construction and the second phase of the Kap renovations are an illusion
