Alright. My unscientific look at the arena rendering makes me think that it truly is going to be about 4,500 seating. Roughly adding up the seating sections and guessing around about how many students fit the bleacher area added up to ~4,388. Close enough to make me think the report was accurate. The 4,500 doesn't bother me for general capacity as long as it is possible to lift the curtains to expand seating for larger events.
