Yes and no: I'd agree if the status quo continued, but I don't think it's stable. In a couple of years we'll either have a full athletic department with football etc. or no athletics at all. Watts has proven he has no problem throwing away huge gobs of money to further his Satanic ambitions (see: million dollar payout from Tennessee converted to same payment TO Tennessee). The SVC papers show Carr claiming Bill Clark's contract is no problem, since someone else will hire him and essentially take over payments.
