Faculty Senate to meet on Tuesday December 9th New Location: Cudworth Bldg Auditorium
The Faculty Senate will meet on Tuesday, December 9th from 7:30-9:30 am in the 1st floor auditorium in Cudworth Bldg, 1919 University Blvd. Topics on the agenda include: Address and Q&A with the Provost; General Education proposal; ADCOM proposal; UAB Athletics and Athletic Team Support; and Shared Governance. An open forum time for faculty concerns was also included. An agena will be available on the Faculty Senate document website https://uabweb.ad.uab.edu/senate/Pages/S...spx(select the "agendas" tab). Attendance is open to all UAB community. Parking is available (for a fee) in the Parking Deck Three attached to the Cudworth Bldg and free parking is available 2 blocks away in the Administration Building Parking deck. In the AB deck, Please park in the 2nd and 3rd floors to leave room for bank customers on the 1st & 2nd floor. We will be meeting in the Cudworth Bldg auditorium, instead of our usual location, in order to accommodate the expected high number of guests.
