I support Josh. I've been critical but I think he's done a great job keeping us relevant when we could have easily went down the drain. We all know he's a great recruiter. Now we have to help him be the best X's and O's coach he can be. He doesn't have to be great (Cal wasn't), but he can be better.

I agree that Josh has done a great job. People weren't exactly jockeying for position for this gig 5 years ago. But I'm pretty sure Josh doesn't need our help to grow as a coach, unless you're talking about our patience and support. I think this will be a pivotal year for both Pastner and our beloved Tigers.

I meant by way of support. I certainly can't help him with x's and o's.

He has to figure that out for himself either by way of studying the game more, help from others, or I don't know. I think he's getting better already but he can get better.
