Some work better with the star-less A and some with the star could use either a transparent(or was that translucent) overlay on the graphic behind it OR play around with composition of the background logo to work best with the star.

Definitely good stuff though...

Temple fans in general hate the "cartoon" owl. I think Temple will be using the "T" from now on.

I added 2 new Temple designs with the "T" instead of the Owl.

I think negative space in the star would clean up the looks. But awesome none the less

Any chance you could throw together another Memphis logo with gray as the primary and blue as the star? Too bad I don't have a couple hundred bucks to spend on Adobe Illustrator because this looks like it would be a lot of fun to play with!

A lot of creativity... but I think on the football fields and in the lane on the basketball courts... I think you'll see it spelled out like the image below... but in the schools colors!

You should seriously consider contacting The American headquarters and submit samples of your work along with a proposal to do custom team logos for the conference since its rebranding. Another suggestion is to contact the administrators of this forum and see if they would be interested in a similar online business endeavor. You could do custom logos for each school in every conference….

Maybe, but I would not be surprised to see the placement of the "A" in the Endzones if that does prove correct. I believe the A will be on the fields and definitely on the courts.
