Without you three turds none of this would have been possible!

John Swofford on the ACC Grant of Rights: "Our presidents and ADs got tired of the rumors out there, which were unfounded."

It was their constant made-up rumors of teams jumping to the B10/Sec/B12, and ACC team fan worrying that made the ACC GoR possible. I think we all owe him a big thanks.

Tuxedo Yoda thinks ucf and usf are coming to the Big 12.

Well, the Pac still needs 2 to get to 14 and the Big 12 needs 4. That will add 71 to the power 5 conference Division of NCAA football, unless 16 teams is the target. 05-stirthepot

Big 12 going to 14 is unlikely considering they are not even excited about going to 12.

I think the B12 should stay with 10. It's the perfect size for a conference...

Which is an excellent reason to doubt it will ever happen.
Still, though, I don't think the idea is just totally absurd. Give UCF/USF a few more years to build and then check back.

There is no target number other than 12 to hold a CCG. The SEC, Big Ten, ACC, Pac-12, American, MWC, CUSA, and MAC all need 0 to get to 12. The Big12 need 2 and the Sunbelt needs 1.
