DUDE, I kinda feel wrong, shady and sketchy all at the same time. I meet a guy outside of Chesapeake's Public Safety at 4am this morning. He was a VT fan from Richmond area and he was blowing my phone up last night around 1:00AM I texted him and said come in your best VT gear with face paint and gave him the address to the police station. He calls me at around 3:30AM from the parking lot of the police station. I'm like dayum you're serious huh. My brother is a detective currently on night shift so I message him about a clown in the parking out. He and his buddies had fun with the VT guy until I got to the police station to hand over the blue lot tailgate pass for $400.
