NO. They should move the conference title game back to our home fields so our fans actually go to the game and it doesn't look like a joke on TV.

+1

After looking at the Ford Field attendance numbers compared to the attendance numbers from when home field was awarded...it's obvious a change is needed.

Being indoors is nice, but it's football!

Time to make sure our fans are rewarded.

Our leagues and the schools involved are being relegated to second class citizenship. Andif Spurrier can push through the pay/stipend idea, it will further divide the have's and have nots. AT this point, I wouldn't be opposed to forming a new division or alliance and distancing ourselves from the big boys. Not one of our schools can compete with them dollar wise - their leagues and the media will see that it never happens.

Whether you are members of the MAC, WAC, CUSA, Sunbelt, etc. - doesn't matter now.

Right after the basketball tournament is moved to the Palace.

No thanks. Creating a second division in FBS is unlikely IMO. And no way in heck I would want the MAC to join it.

Yeah, we can't compete with the big boys on a regular basis...but it makes it even more awesome when we do smack them in the mouth. I don't need a national c-ship to validate how much I love and enjoy my team.

The pay for play stipend is all just talk. If the entire 120+ FBS teams agree to it, that's one thing. Unfortunately it is widely debated even amongst BCS members. They can't agree on anything.

We can play the MAC anything anywhere....as long as Pippa is there. Would probably set some attendance records too.

Can we get her as the official spokesperson for the MAC? Think she's available???

The SEC offices are located in Birmingham, AL...yet they hold the title game in Atlanta.

What advantages would the MAC gain from going to Cleveland?

And outdoor field in late November?
Excellent weather?
More likely to draw fans?

Answer: None of the above.
