He is doing great with recruiting, but those looking at the program from afar are only going to judge him based on wins and losses.

The one common theme on your site, is that Enos is a terrible coach, but a great recruiter. Lots of teams in the MAC played freshmen, including Western. But in Enos's case they did little more than contribute to more losses. He almost has a phobia about recruiting outside of MI. It took him 3 years to figure out how to recruit a QB that was something above a practice dummy----and the guy spent most of his career as a QB coach.

I'm missing the "great recruiter." You have one thread on your site championing the fact that CMU has 4 verbals and the rest of the MAC combined has 2. Does it occur to you that the rest of the MAC-----most of whom finished ahead of you, might have the right idea?
