MS teens plead guilty to killing someone just because he was black
Let me guess – race had nothing to do with this right?

Three white men involved in the beating and fatal rundown of a black man in Mississippi pleaded guilty Thursday to federal hate crimes and admitted to a months-long pattern of brutal harassment against blacks a day after one of them pleaded guilty in state court to a murder charge.

Sure it does. They said so themselves. It's right there in big ole letters for you to read.
Has the guy in Florida admitted such? Oh, he hasn't. But yeah, you continue to try and make the comparison.
Cause if anything is clear, it's that those who criticize people for jumping to race as the cause of what happened in Florida sans any evidence is exactly the same as this situation where the people actually admitted that it was.

Sounds like the court meted out an appropriate sentence.
Murder is a horrible, evil crime. I don't believe, however, that the horribleness of a murder itself is intensified or made "worse" by the killers' motivations. At the core of "hate crime" law is the notion that the state can decree, as a matter of record, not only a defendant's guilt but the motives which led to that guilt, and then impose a sentence of greater or lesser severity based in part on those motives. The subjectivity and bias, the opportunity for abuse of discretion, and the blind guess-work involved in such a process ought to give pause to anyone who has less than 100% faith in America's legal system.

Congratulations you found evidence in this case... Have you found any from Florida? Ohhhhh I get it... Because it happened in MS there is no need to prove it was the motivator in Florida..
