From reviewing the main board site, other Mac teams recruiting seems to be going smooth. I was hopeful that we would had landed a few kids by now to write about.. I am thinking theses numbers may increase after coaches get back from the summer football camps...

It is turning out to be another very unusual recruiting year.

I believe CMU is up to 14 verbals.

We trail the Chips by 13.

CMU recruits like UofM does, lock the class down very early.

EMU recruits like the Florida schools, make the big run in Dec. and Jan.

Hell, CMU has half of their recruits BEFORE their coaches can even see recruits in the June camps.

I've been to their campus and EMU and I think we have them beat.. I'm also thinking if we start the season with 3 or 4 wins then kids will start jumping on the bandwagon.. We really need to get fans in the stands to show recruits they they have our support.. The TV games will help us along with the uniforms.. I would like to also see Coach signed to a longer term agreement..
