Sounds kind of like the FB hiring atmosphere when possible choices were said to be involved with bowl game preparations. We now have possible replacement choices involved in the NCAA tournament. Since that group of teams will be cut to 16 by Monday morning (plus a few teams in other tournaments), we will have a good chance at having a coach by the end of next week -- if the tournament play is the barrier.

The NCAA and other tournaments always bring a host of new names to the public's attention as unknown teams make dramatic runs toward stardom. This year may have even more such new "media darlings" to offer based on the number of upsets already in evidence. That is how Bruce Pearl came to get the UTK job and others will surely follow this year's playoffs.
