RE: Oh I wish...
HuskieJohn wants to bring in Cincy....give me the Illness at Huskie Stadium. There is nothing that would make me happier than to pound the Illness into oblivion. We'd have a pretty good shot of doing that in HS.

Never going to happen at Huskie Stadium. They have too much to lose.

Hosting them at Wrigley Field or the Cell is the closest we will get to a home game vs Illinois.

...then again they have a new AD from Cincinnati who was good with the Miami rivalry so maybe there is a chance.

It looks like Cinci is scheduling 2 FCS teams this year.

Twitter says they are adding Fordham for a home game.

So they will play...
Home
Fordham, Delaware St, Miami, Pitt, Rutgers, Syracuse & USF

Away
Toledo, Temple, Connecticut, Louisville & VT

Wow those AQ conferences have such a hard schedule! 03-melodramatic

I have no problem with FCS games as long as they are appealing our fans, their fans and the media. Such as in state teams. How I would love to get ISU back to Huskie Stadium for a good ass whooping.

I still hear crap from SIU and WIU grads.

What if we lose to EIU in 2014.

We would be saying bring on Cal Poly!

The FCS instate schools will bring fans though. At the EIU/NU game last fall there had to be at least 5000 EIU fans at the game possibly more. That many or more would come to DeKalb as the ticket prices will be lower. You don't have to schedule AQ teams to put butts in the seats.

In this case though Cincy would be a great add, they will likely be favored to win the Big East this year since they were the highest rated 2012 team that is staying in the conference and they return most of their talent.

Lville, VT & Toledo are the only teams that should give them a fight. If Cincy doesn't win the BE I will be shocked.
