Yep. It pretty much explains it. You would not give Obama credit for anything no matter how good it might be.

On private lands which has nothing to do with Obama. How many leases have been issued on federal lands or in federal waters?
The proper response was "Thank you sir! Can I have another!

Actually the proper response is for Obama to be saying to the oil companies, "Thank you for making my energy policy look a lot better than it has any reason to look."
