It's a good map. To me, 24 is the logical number of schools needed to make it work. I'd take North Texas and Louisiana Tech over MTU, Old Dominion and UTSA. Slide Tulsa back to the Southwest division and UAB to the Pacific. Take in Idaho in the Mountain. But I do think you're onto something here.
