Before they started holding the baseball tourney in Clearwater, they were using a neutral site. The few years prior to Clearwater it was in Brooklyn and in Jersey, but always at a neutral site.
I think they should move it back to the NY/NJ area since there are several baseball playing schools within a couple hour drive.
