The Witherspoon "close game" curse...

The Witherspoon "close game" curse...
He always seems to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. Can't quite seem to grab that crucial rebound, or that simple putback, or make that fundamental block out.

Well if our guys would hit crucial free throws he wouldn't have to be in that position. This is the second game this year where we have missed crucial free throws at the end.

Probably should just automatically take spoon out at the end of any close game because he doesn't have a very good track record. But he's only a Senior......To his defense, I've heard one foot layups are tough to make when you're only 6'9......
