I read where he may be going to Akron. That would be a very good hire for them. He has been successful everywhere he's been. Should make the MAC a lot more interesting.

I've always been skeptical when they say a coach knows the area. I think this is a good test case to see if coaches can go outside their home region and be successful.

We had him beat back in 1995 if not for 4 turnovers in the red zone. That game haunts me.

How much did payday games go for back in 95?

It was like half a million? We lost like 35-19,or something close to that, turnovers killed us but I believe we out gained them.

1991 we played at FSU when they were number 1. We missed two field goals early. then it was over

^ I remember Nabozny saying how much stronger FSU was than you guys, I didn't think that was the case. Speed? Yep.

Went to that game, was living in Atlanta at the time.

I was a red shirt. I was drunk listening to it on the radio at Pete Tuffo's apartment. Him and I were probably fighting about something.

My wife went to Auburn. I was at that game. We were competitive with a real opportunity to win as the second half began. We had a real fast return man who impressed the War Eagle fans. Very proud of my Broncos that day. A very big stage.
