harnish came out and went to the bench and got his ankle taped. Don't think coach wanted to throw lynch in there on 4th and 8. It all workrd out

I'm not surprised he punted. Wasn't it 4th and 8 or something? There was enough time left and we are capable of scoring quickly. And we had been doing better on defense by then. I think it was the best move.

My guess historically is that fans want to go for it on 4th down 90% of the time. In this situation, I was 50/50 on whether we should go for it. At the time, it looked like a FG for Ohio would clinch the game. So I was ok with punting, instead of giving them great field position, if we didn't convert on 4th down.

To be honest I thought that Harnish was limping quite a bit on the sidelines and at times on the field. I was wondering how bad he was hurt and if the coaches might at some point go to Lynch. As it turned out Harnish sucked it up BIG TIME and made some incredible plays when the game was on the line.

Harnish was helped by an amazing group of receivers, the best over all group of receivers that I have seen on a Huskie team in the 40 years that I have been following the program.

WHAT A NIGHT, I am so glad that I attended the game!

Our WR corp is ridiculous. We can go 6 deep at WR without a problem. Anthony Johnson is going to be a beast and he barely touches the field. Serious mismatches against MAC level defensive backs.

Was #2 play in SC top ten yesterday!

Brazill had the #6? play with his one-handed grab.

I think he was banged up worse than anyone realized. He didn't even attempt to run from that point forward. Lynch was actually in the backfield with him for one play and got a carry. I don't know if that was the real reason or not, but it made sense if that was in his thinking.
