For those that dont know the song at the 1:05 mark is the chorus and the part that applies to Kent. Switch out bad boys for Kent State and its perfect.

They do want to cut down on the enormous song list (I was sad years ago when we eliminated "Sing, Sing, Sing") but the real reason for this game is that it is still marching band season and there have been few to no rehearsals for the basketball band. In fact I would say the Flasher Brass does not truly exist at this time of year. So right now they have the limited song list from the marching band.

On a second note if you miss a song make sure you let the band director know as I was talking to a member of the band and they are purging music left and right. In addition the band is having trouble because our stuff is being legislated out, for instance we are no longer able to throw confetti at basketball games (well maybe you all do not miss it but I do). If you wanted to hear "Rock and Roll part 2" you won't because of negative cheering (Hey you suck cheer). The band is becoming more tame and less of a presence in the MACC. I remember in 2003 or 2004 the band getting the BGSU coach to get a technical foul by mocking his bald head, and that may be why they moved us to the other side of the building 05-nono.
