RE: Government Motors
All I know is right is right and wrong is wrong. He bypassed Congress and continually thinks he can do whatever he wants (see Libya, see debt ceiling crisis). He continually shows that he could care less about the Constitution and tries everything to circumvent or ignore it.
He has been campaigning for his second term since he got into office. He rewarded the unions who voted for him and screwed most of the others at GM, among pleny of other things wrong with how it was done.
Most crooked presidents do their deeds behind closed doors. Obamanijead has the arrogance to do it in front of the whole world and then use it as a campaign success story. And amazingly, there are ignorant people out there buying all of this crap.
I will never buy another GM car. My parents, who drive a newer Aurora, say they will never buy another GM car. I wonder how many other people in this country feel the same way? My cousin has always driven GM trucks. He bought a new Ford truck a few months back because he disagrees with the bailout. Hmmmm.
This is a crooked and arrogant administration.

There is no such thing as a "newer Aurora".
They stopped making them in 2003. That makes the last one built almost nine years old.
Nothing newer about that.

I think theirs is a 2003. So that would make it the newest model.
My mom drives the Aurora. My Dad recently purchased a Toyota Forerunner. He's always bought GM's. End of an era for them.
And by the way, most people are driving their cars longer. I drive a 2003 Honda Pilot and I can see myself driving it for years to come. It's paid off and in excellent condition because I put money into all of the mileage maintenance.

I'm sure that GM will make it without your parents buying a new car every nine years.
