I ate at one in Knoxville on the way back from Gatlinburg. Good food, but a bit pricey for a cheap hamburger and fries. Reminds me more of the 5 guys style of Hambruger Joint. There's also one on HWY 280 just south of the interstate (Forgive me I don't know the names of the streets over that way). I think I still prefer Steak & Shake or Johnny Rockets.
