It was a really stupid move on the schools part to not have the deck larger from the get go. Parking is the one thing that there was never enough of in bham and never will be.

It may very well have been an issue of money. It could also have been an issue of let's get this open and build another deck as well so we don't have this taking forever with the students having no place to park.

Starbucks makes money. Your syllabus does not. Plus the professors most likely have a limit of how much money they are given to spend.
