And how many "split" national titles does WSU have? By the way...there were 5 major polls in 1991 (USA Today, National Football Foundation, Football Writer's Association of America, the UPI, and the AP Poll). UW was ranked #1 in the USA Today, NFF, the UPI, and the FWAA poll (4 out of 5). Miami only won the AP Poll by 3 votes. If you call that "sharing" a national championship, then I'll take it any day of the week over none at all. There's the facts.
