You want to know what that article means? If that guy wins, it will mean big-money schools like UW will have even better football teams because they will be able to give out more money in scholarships. I don't know your purpose in showing everyone that article because all it shows is that there is lots of competition for scholarships on the UW football team. Scholarships are only given out to the most elite players. Non-elite players are mad because they can only get scholarships to schools like WSU. Thanks for giving me even more cannon fodder.
