He is a solid pitcher, these days an ERA in the low 4s is pretty darn good. I could definitley see him winning 20 on a good enough team.
that's what i'm saying. by no stretch of the imagination is he a great pitcher, but in this crazy marketplace, he's pretty much worth 10 mil.
