The Raiders fired Bill Callahan.
The Cards fired Dave McGinnis.
The Bills fired Gregg Williams.
The Bears fired Dick Jauron (Surprising to me. They went 6-10 and were over-achievers IMO)
Whew, I think that covers 'em all.

Callahan: Didn't deserve to go. The Raiders were just too old this year.
McGinnis: Tough call. It's hard to win in Arizona
Williams: Deserved to go. Everything was in place for the Bills this year and yet they finished in last place in the AFC East.
Jauron: Deserved to stay. Kept the Bears competetive despite lack of talent.

if your the raiders and you just went to the superbowl, no matter how old theyre getting, they should not have been that bad this year
