Benson update. The DMN was reporting this morning that Benson's lawyer states the police had no probable cause and that he had been at the place approximately 20 minutes before the cops showed up. Sounds like Cedric might walk or the charges will fall on the person who lived at the apartment. I would provide a link, but I'm sure this is old news to Horn fans.
