Wide receivers Joel Nwigwe and Ja'Mel Branch and offensive lineman Jason May have left the team after filling starting roles for at least part of the 2003 season. Offensive lineman Ryan Aitchison, fullback Cordale Baldwin, defensive lineman Kurk Francis and running back Dupree Jones also will not be back with the Mean Green.
What, if any, impact will this have on the team? I know big things were expected from Nwigwe and Branch has been there since the first New Orleans Bowl.

Nwigwe and Branch were trouble and will not missed much. May I think will be the biggest loss, but we should have some very talented walk-ons coming this Fall. We should be more than ok.

Yeah, we saw with our basketball team (Southall) that you are better off without certain players.
