Please this argument of a lower level coach passing on a massive pay day because of fit is the silliest on message boards. Most of the people that say this nonsense would move across the country for a 10K raise at a new job.

Again he will walk to Athens for 2M+ vs the peanuts Sun Belt coaches make. What is he 500K at GaSt, give me a break. You go from doing very well to generational wealth. I heard the interview he did not say no he just said it would not be appropriate to talk about another job. If the answer was no he would have just said no nothing to lose if you have zero interest.

You know what makes a job a good fit every time for a coach getting a 1M+ pay raise much less 1.5M+
