BMB allows everyone to participate. They are not a "try out" band based on athletic/music ability as other schools. UM/MSU don't even allow some members to play every game. They go week to week in many cases and hold tryouts on regular basis. BMB also has arrangement with KVCC transfer program. Many of the BMB are KVCC students, have been for years. You won't see stringent marches in BMB but I still think they hold their own against anyone.
