I guess Kyrsten Sinema is the likely Democratic candidate. She has an interesting background too as the first openly bisexual to be voted to Congress. She's liberal on some issues, but pretty conservative on some others (she was one of just 5 Democrats to not vote for Nancy Pelosi for Speaker of the House, and she's also been in a tiny number of House Democrats who voted against Obama on other issues such as voting for a Republican-backed bill barring the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) from regulating broadband rates and in 2015 voting in favor of a Republican-backed bill to repeal the estate tax.

I still wish Mark Kelly would enter the race.

Sinema is going to be the Democratic nominee. She's one of the more conservative members of the Democratic Party. I don't need an ideological twin. I just need a decent moderate. Sinema fits that bill, and fits the voters of Arizona.

Arpaio's entry into the race basically takes Chemtrail Kelli out of the race. Its the same voters, and they'll go with Arpaio.

There's a thread that Arpaio is just running to line his own pockets and knock Chemtrail Kelli out of the race as a stalking horse. There a few that theorize that he'll drop out, leaving McSally as the nominee. But the job of the Democrats is to turn this race into referendum on Arpaio. That way, he can't quit the race or he'll be a loser.

McSally is bad news. She's really far right. She's also really unpopular in her CD so she's running statewide because she's got a better shot of winning the Senate seat than here CD. Either way, I think she loses.
