The money fueling the program is much more NWA based than in the past, I don't think that's up for debate. Each time I've seen the list of premium seat holders the share from NWA has grown.

The Great Stadium Debate has helped fuel that as moving from three and four Little Rock games has made it less imperative to buy in for Central Arkansas money.

Last time Central Arkansas had a major push was back when Stephens tried to get support to build a 65,000 seat dome in the Little Rock metro. As I recall they sought a 20 year 70 game commitment with no less than three games a season back in the early 90's and couldn't get it. A few years later there was the push for an arena that Little Rock voters rejected.
