Effed up and don't even know it. The fact all those rules are required now is how fall our culture has fallen.

Churches have similar rules. As I said, predators target groups like churches and the boy scouts. You have to get training to work with youth in churches.

Same with the Boy Scouts. Every registered Adult is required have Youth Protection Training which has to but updated every two years.
