I do hope the team has time to be a helpful hand while down there. It's a virtual army of people goes with a team to an away game. I'm sure they could be of use, going a day early or staying a day later.

I also think it's a good idea for receivers and running backs to be handling boards with nails and splinters.

NCAA rules state that teams have 48 hours total in a "destination location " Before and after their competitions.
