That's all you need to know.

State wants the gate....city wants the parking.

UALR needs about $8,000,000 additional per year to match A-State. That is year to year.

That doesn't count start up costs and such.

Then take away gate revenue and parking revenue out of the mix.

And probanly not able to raise student fees beccuse its already high.

My bet is that they try it anyway.
