How would/could the SEC &/or the ACC respond? ND & Cincinnati to the ACC? WV & TCU to the SEC which would then open up spots for Washington State & Oregon State in the B12?

I have a strong feeling the Cali-4 are a package deal. Id think those 4 + Oregon and Washington could get poached by the B1g with maybe Arizona and Colorado along with Kansas and perhaps Texas.
Are you implying something like this:
B1G:
West: California, Stanford, U.C.L.A., U.S.C., Washington
Midwest: Colorado, Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, Wisconsin
Great Lakes: Illinois, Michigan, Michigan State, Northwestern, Indiana
East: Maryland, Ohio State, Penn State, Purdue, Rutgers
Big 12:
Northwest: Oregon, Oregon State, Utah, Washington State
Southwest: Arizona, Arizona State, Brigham Young, Texas Tech
South Prairie: Baylor, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Texas
North Prairie: Colorado State, Iowa State, Kansas, Kansas State
SEC:
East: Auburn, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina
North: Kentucky, Tennessee, Vanderbilt, West Virginia
South: Alabama, L.S.U., Mississippi, Mississippi State
West: Arkansas, Missouri, Texas A&M, T.C.U.
ACC:
North: B.C., Cincinnati, Notre Dame, Syracuse
N Atlantic: Louisville, Pittsburgh, Virginia, Virginia Tech,
S Atlantic: Duke, N.Carolina, N.C. State, Wake Forest
South: Clemson, Georgia Tech, Florida State, Miami
Something kinda similar to that
