No a globalist promotes trade agreements and international cooperation. Nationalist are isolationist that don't know how the world trade works.
Trade agreements multilateral treaties are precursors. Eventually, the agreement will involve larger and larger governments and blocs. Would you rather be in the EU or in Trump's America?
