Great reference to the Maytag Repairman. And yeah I am old enough to remember that there were 2 guys to play the role. Gordon Jump from WKRP was one but I can not remember the other!!

Edit: Just looked it up. There have been 4 Maytag Repairmen. Jesse White was the first (67-89), Gordon Jump (89-2003), Hardy Rawls (2003-2007) and Clay Jackson (2007 to recently). Maytag is currently looking for a new guy. Not aware there have been that mnay. Not watching TV is the reason I guess!!
