Rivals has him rated number 24. If you are going to chose where to get your rankings, at least be consistent and don't just go with the one that fits your narrative the best.

BTW UTRGV landed the number 28 recruit in Texas and he plays the same position, so it isn't really that impressive if you really think about it.
