And Wilson has been at CC for 4 more years than Rhoades so I don't think it is fair to say he has done more. Here are the first 3 years at CC for Willis and I think Rhoades record for his first 3 years is better.

But Rhodes has left Rice. I'll be stunned if our next four years are anywhere near as good as the last four years at AMCC. I'm not saying that Wilson has been amazing, just better than I expect for Rice. I hope I'm wrong. I hope Pera can bring stability and steady improvement.
